BTS Open New Branch at Kartika Plaza  KutaIt is little wonder that the Bebek Tepi Sawah (BTS) is fast becoming the restaurant of choice for many of Indonesia’s expatriate diners. It is already Bapak Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s favorite dining place in Bali and has been extremely popular with Indonesians from throughout the archipelago for some time now. “To complete the request from our partners, and customers, BTS Restaurant is proud to open the new 4th branch Bebek Tepi Sawah that located in Jl. Kartika Plaza in the main gate of Bintang Kuta Hotel, on the 24th of May 2013..” Said Nyoman Sumertha, the owner BTS on his welcoming speech on grand opening.

“At BTS Restaurant Kuta offer of the diverse, which include both Indonesian and Western fare, the favorite is the Bebek Goreng (Crispy Duck) marinated with secret spices and cooked according to our chef’s recipe. It is crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle and comes with a selection of no less than three sambals: sambal matah, sambal Bali and sambal oelek [ulek]” Mrs Jero Oming, the BTS restaurant Manager/Owner added.

“Bebek Goreng is main and special menu offer on this restaurant, completed with other choices menu includes a range of barbeque choices, soups, salads seafood, Indonesian favorites, pasta, pizza, deserts, a choice of tantalizing coffees and other beverages. It is not only the food that attracts guests to this unique venue, but the ambience which welcomes children and adults alike. You can dine here between 10 am and 11 pm for lunch and/or dinner, seven days a week and you never know who you might spy eating here.
