Fourteen athletes will compete in the world championship taking place on November 2-19, 2012. They consist of 6 men and 6 female athletes, an official and a team manager. “This event can also be used as a venue for tourism promotion,” said Deputy Regent Sudikerta in his speech.

According to him, it was very important for the progress of tourism as it was inseparable from promotional event that could contribute to the increase in tourism, reputation of the region and the athletes themselves. “We do hope the entire team members could always maintain their physical condition in order to follow the championship in a good condition,” he affirmed.
