Royal Brunei Airlines officially opened its office in Bali, Thursday (Jul 24). The office is located at Suite 3, lobby level, Kuta Paradiso Hotel. In April, Royal Brunei announced that it would resume its flight to Bali four times a week starting Saturday (Jul 26) and recently the first flight to Brunei was carried out on Sunday (Jul 27).
Grand opening of the Royal Brunei was attended by some honorary guests. They included Chairman of Bali Tourism Board Mr. I.B Ngurah Wijaya, Chief Commercial & Planning Officer of Royal Brunei Mr. Karam Chand, Desk Air Chairman Mr. Duncan Au and Chief of Airport Authority Yuli Sudoso Hastono, Personnel of Ngurah Rai Airport, travel agencies as well as media.
On the occasion, Chief of Commercial & Planning Officer of Royal Brunei Mr. Karam Chand delivered that the return of the airline to Bali allowed the customers for a twin holiday option such as regional customers in Shanghai and Hong Kong. They could combine their travel to visit Brunei and resumed it to Bali. For long haul customers, it was a convenient route to Bali and they could enjoy a half day stopover in Brunei on their return sector. “Royal Brunei is very pleased with the return of Bali to our route network,” he said.
Karam explained the opening of Royal Brunei in Bali would ease customers to have good destination. As a tourist island, Bali provided many good and interesting choices for guests wishing to visit the island. “Flight from Brunei to Bali only takes two hours. During which we will give our best services and facilities,” he affirmed.
Royal Brunei served flight to Bali by operating an Airbus A320 narrow body aircraft. It operates four times a week, namely Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday with the sector of Bandar Seri Begawan-Bali, while on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday with the sector of Bali-Bandar Seri Begawan.
In the meantime, the Marketing Communication Manager of Kuta Paradiso Hotel (KPH) Fenty S. Prawiraatmadja said that the opening of Royal Brunei office at KPH would strengthen the hotel having the tagline ‘All the Fun is Right at Your Doorstep’. Fun meant that guests could easily find out things that could make their stay memorable.
Moreover, she continued, hosting many airline representatives would make guests easier to find the transportation to get back to their country. “Actually, we have arranged this event as our compliment to them to choose us as their location.
