In conjunction with the sixteenth anniversary, the big family of Kuta Paradiso Hotel Bali organized an outing, namely an annual refreshing program for staff and employees. The activity was centered at Bali Safari Marine Park. “To be able to provide services to our guests, participants are divided into two departures, respectively on November 24 and 25,” said the Human Resources Manager, I Gusti Ngurah Adi Putra.
Adi Putra said the annual activity was purely intended for recreational purpose. “Last year, we focused the program on team building for employees and now we are giving the opportunities to children (workers’ family) to have fun,” he said.
The activities made undertaken such as having a promenade around the object to see the diversity of existing wildlife. Besides, it was also filled with watching animal show, elephant show and playing games for children and water park activities. “The theme of our current outing is Together in Happiness and we hope this will inspire us to work harder in joining the competition in the upcoming year 2013 in a healthy, comfortable and cheerful working atmosphere embodied into togetherness,” he explained.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Wayan Sumandiyasa, said that as a regular program in the activity was the drawing of door prize and grand prize. To be entered into the opportunity of getting door prize, a participant should have been working for 3 months, while for grand prize should have been working at least for 3 years. “We thank the owner of Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Harijanto Karjadi who has given 2 Spacy motorcycles as the grand prizes,” he said gratefully.
Employees who were lucky to get the grand prize were Made Sunarta from F & B Kitchen and I Nyoman Mandra from Housekeeping Department. The prizes were handed over by the owner representatives, Kiky Karjadi and Max Rayner Karjadi, accompanied by General Manager, IB Raka Subawa, at the lobby of Kuta Paradiso Hotel on Saturday (Dec 1).
