Ogoh-ogoh Parade in Denpasar

Ogoh-ogoh Parade in DenpasarA total of 20 pieces of ogoh-ogoh will jazz up the ogoh-ogoh parade in Denpasar. The street art performance will be held on the Pengrupukan, Monday (Mar 11) at the central intersection of Denpasar or Catur Muka Statue starting at 4:00 p.m. Participants joining the selection came to 169 pieces of ogoh-ogoh, but only 20 nominees were then selected in the assessment. “The number has increased from the previous year, amounting to about 152 pieces of ogoh-ogoh. Besides, it also showed an improvement in terms of quality, design, aesthetic value, use of accessories and materials in use,” said Dr. I Nyoman Astita, Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
