Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center held an anniversary ceremony of our hotel temple which usually called “Odalan” on Monday, 29 October 2912. Piodalan is a Hindu ceremony in Bali to celebrate the anniversary of a temple. This ritual activity occurs regularly every sixth full moon or once in a year according to Balinese traditional calendar.

This time, piodalan held in the 5th month of full moon (Purnama Sasih Kalima). During piodalan, spirits descend from heaven were entertained for whole days with food, prayers, dances performance, and other activities. At Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center, the piodalan ceremony was started by Dharma Wacana from Gede Prama with theme “ Pelayanan yang Membahagiakan”.

All staff and All sisters company of Aston Management were invited to this occasion. Then event continued by other several activities such as praying and balinese dance performance. The pray will be centralized at Aston Denpasar’s main temple which located at Hotel Entrance and the ceremony will continued with dance performance at Lobby entrance.
On this piodalan ceremony, Aston Denpasar Management has organized it by self and invited all the guest in-house to join as a witness to the sacred ceremony.(BTN/r)
