“As a newcomer in the Tuban area, Kuta, we are sure to learn from other neighboring hotels. But when it comes to quality and guest satisfaction, we are as competent as anywhere else,” claimed Karina Osman. Her motto is to be ‘modest, unique and frien-dly’. The General Manager of Harris hotel also told Bali Travel News, “I am not alone. I have many fine hardwor-king employees whose aim is to give the best services for our guests.”
When recruiting new employees, she always takes into consideration not only work experience but also commitment and work motivation. She also said, “Those who have commitment and work motivation will perform their best for this company,” Employees are generally creative and energetic people, relatively young, 20 – 30 years of age.
The hotel with sixty-six rooms bears the motto of “modest, unique and friendly to every guest,” and hopes to have overseas guests as well as domestic ones. The leading numbers of guests welcomed so far are Japanese and Australians. (Poll)
