Convention of THK Assessor Team
2003
 DENPASAR
– Towards actualizing a well
quantitative and concrete judging
of each Tri Hita Karana (THK) aspect
(parahyangan, pawongan, and palemahan)
on the hotels in Bali, the THK Team
held a Work Convention in Inna Bali
Hotel recently. The convention was
guided by Team THK Leader Beratha
Ashrama, who is also general Manager
of Bali Travel News, and discussed
the room structuring in Bali that
is linked to THK. It also discussed
the judging of the THK Team’s
work in 2002 and carried out a panel
discussion, presenting two lecturers
from Udayana University Denpasar.
DR. I Wayan Windia of the Agriculture
Faculty presented the topic ‘Utilize
a Matrix System in the Judging of
THK Team’, and Ir. Putu Rumawan,
M.si of Technique Faculty presented
a topic ‘Problem Consolidation
of Balinese Traditional Architecture’.

Bali’ 2nd Anniversary

– Bisnis Bali, an economy and
business newspaper which is one
of the members of the Bali Post
Media group, Tuesday (20/5) celebrated
its second anniversary in the front
yard of Dalem Kerti Bhuana, Kepundung
Street 67A, Denpasar. This anniversary,
which coincided with ‘Kebangkitan
Nasional’ (National Resurgence)
Day, was carried out in traditional
style. The cutting of tumpeng was
done by the General Manager of Bisnis
Bali, Djesna Winada, and handed
over to two of Bisnis Bali’s
youngest reporters. The event was
attended by all employees of Bali

Global 4th Anniversary
 TABANAN
– Radio Global, the first private
radio news station in Bali, which
is one of the members of the Bali
Post Media group, Friday (30/5),
celebrated its fourth anniversary
in the front yard of the station,
Tabanan. To celebrate its anniversary,
this radio invited their listeners
from all over Bali, especially south
part of this island. The cutting
of tumpeng was done by the ‘penglingsir’
Bali Post, ibu Desak Raka Nadha
and handed over to the radio reporters.
All emplo-yees of Bali Post Media
attended the event.

TV’ Anniversary
 DENPASAR
– Bali TV, a local television
station in Bali, which is one of the
members of the Bali Post Media group,
Monday (26/5) celebrated its first
anniversary in the Bali Arts Centre,
Denpasar. Seen in the picture the
CEO Bali Post, ABG Satria Naradha
(second from right) accompanied governor
Bali, Dewa Beratha and the Chief of
Bali Police Mangku Pastika during
the anniversary. The cutting of tumpeng
was done on the same day at the station
attended by all of the Bali TV employees
and the member of Bali Post Group.

Monica & Roger Danuarta
 Kuta
– The famous teenager artist
and actor Agnes Monica and Roger
Danuarta stayed at Kuta Paradiso
Hotel lately. They came to Bali
to shoot their new film from Prima
Entertainment productions “Cewekku
Jutek”. The film will be featured
at RCTI every Sunday at 21.00 pm.
Agnes and Roger were welcomed warmly
