Not setting for just one event, Bali Hyatt
set out to celebrate each and every one
of their thirty years in thirty different

14.
Afun
lively month-long agenda of activities commemorated
the anniversary celebrations that commenced
on October 16 and culminated on November
14 with a staff party dinner, guest cocktails
and cognition for outstanding employee performance.
Each of the thirty-day countdown highlighted
specific events for the day, ranging from
management servicing staff, blood donation,
health activities to religious and community
service and charities. A selection of entertaining
lucky draw prizes were also available for
Bali Hyatt staff such as transfer in a limousine
service for the lucky staff, luxurious overnight
experiences in the resort, and many more.
We are also putting together
a commemorate book which we will name Bali
Hyatt Guinness Book of Records. This special
book will document thirty of the most outstanding
achievement of the resort for the past thirty
years, added Brad Kirk, the
resorts general manager.
The highlight of the entire celebration
was the community-care events. This started
with a visit to a local orphanage on November
4. Then there was a cleaning blitz of Sanurs
main road on November 7, which involved
almost 200 staff clearing out garbage and
rubbish for the benefit of the surrounding
community. On November 9, the staff of Bali
Hyatt served the community by washing all
cars passing through Telaga Naga Restaurant
on Jalan Danau Tamblingan Sanur. Geared
with buckets and hose, Bali Hyatts
free car wash attracted more than 50 cars
