Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Nestled in the Heart of Kuta

The Grand opening of the five-star hotel was carried out in 1996. Its name then was Sol Elite Paradiso since the Sol Group managed it. Two years later, the owner operated the property under self-management and changed its name into Kuta Paradiso Hotel up to current times. The Hotel is established and based on modern and Balinese traditional concepts is located at Jalan Kartika Plaza, Kuta. This location is in the heart of Kuta since nearly all recreation and other tourism facilities are completely available here. Likewise, the distance to Ngurah Rai International Airport is only a 5 minutes drive.

Staying at Kuta Paradiso Hotel is just like “One Stop Shopping”. All necessities are within easy reach on foot. Access to the beach, traditional markets or supermarkets are close as well. Even finding place for self-luxuriating with amusements or nightlife in Kuta is very easy peasy as there are many bars and entertainment sites scattering along this street that are close to Hotel Kuta Paradiso. “Just by walking you have easy access to whatever since our location is remarkably strategic,” said Rudi Chandra, Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Kuta Paradiso.
The owner, Haryanto Karyadi, has directly managed the hotel since 2003. So, he is concurrently the General Manager of the hotel.
The hotel has 243 rooms consisting of varied categories like Deluxe, Pool View, Super Deluxe Pool View, Junior Suite and Presidential Suite. Facilities and supporting amenities are complete so guests will easily find them when they need it.
To Bali Travel News, Rudi who was accompanied by Meryana, Public Relation Officer of Kuta Paradiso, said that room rates offered are comparable to the facilities provided. Deluxe Rooms, for instance, are USD 140, Super Deluxe Pool View USD 170, Junior Suite USD 350 and Presidential Suite USD 950 including government tax and service charges. “The rates already include special discounts for facilities like restaurants & bars, billiards & bowling, spa & salon and so forth. It’s cheap, isn’t it?” he said rhetorically.

Service, Facilities and Information
All types of rooms at Hotel Kuta Paradiso are designed in a superb blend of modern and Balinese traditional concepts. Every room has spacious and comfortable balconies along with beach and tropical garden views. In addition, it is also furnished with information systems, satellite television channels, personal electronic safe, individually controlled air conditioning units and private bath & shower. Other facilities and services are three restaurants (Fukutaro Japanese Restaurant, open 24 hours a day), Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, Pergola Scance and Grill and Swim-up Bar. Meanwhile, at B-Couple, you will be entertained with Balinese traditional and live music every dinnertime.
Staying at Hotel Kuta Paradiso is not tiresome. Apart from 24 hour information and room service, the hotel also provides recreation and sport facilities furnished with 2 swimming pools and a billiard center for adults and children. Information on tours & travel, car rental, scuba diving & surfing trips, snorkeling, parasailing, traditional outrigger sailing and sightseeing tours are available at Front Office.
For those who feel fatigued, the hotel also outfits Salon & Spa facilities to indulge the body and relieve tension on the muscles. “We provide all to make the guests staying at our hotel feel satisfied as that at their own home,” said Meryana and added that Australians are the highest repeat guests.
Kuta indeed identifies with the Australian market, so Kuta is frequently given the epithet ‘the Kampong of the Australian’. Probably, it is correct since most of Australians that come to Bali stay in Kuta.
Hotel Kuta Paradiso engages 275 permanent employees and 40 daily workers. According to Rudy, the potential market is Australia, then domestic, Asia and a mixed market (Europe et cetera). The Australian market reaches 40%, domestic 30%, Asian 20% and mixed 10%. For repeat guests, this hotel has an Australian traveler that has stayed 15 times. “They feel satisfied to stay here due to the convenience and complete facilities,” said Rudi. (BTN/013)
