The
27th BAF Opened by RI President
 The
Bali Arts Festival (BAF) this year holds
the 27th time. The initiating parade starts
in front of Struggle Monument of the Balinese
on Saturday (18/6) indicated the inauguration
of BAF by the President of RI, Soesilo Bambang
Yudhoyono.
The inauguration parade presented mainstay
arts from regencies throughout Bali, either
traditional or innovational. ‘Ogoh-ogoh’
(papier mache demon) depicting the puppet
figure jazzes up the parade and was assessed
by the jury council. The parade was attended
by the President is also participated by
art contingents from home and overseas.
