The Traditional Balinese massage relieves stress, the Aromatic massage relaxes and calms the inner and outer being and the Reflexology massage offered at Bali Healing Myst is very different from any other reflexology massage because it is combined with shiatsu, lymph drainage and Lomi-lomi to eliminate internal organ problems and to detoxify the system. Reflexology here is not just a foot massage. However, massage does begin with the feet in order to identify any blockage in the system, and then gradually the whole body is given a deep tissue massage using trigger points where necessary and plying special attention to problematic areas until the pain is relieved or disappears completely.
