Semifinal Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant
2005
TANJUNG
BENOA 48 contestants from
13 countries joined in the contest
of the Semifinal Miss Chinese Cosmos
Pageant 2005 for 10 days at four
areas in Indonesia namely Bali,
Yoyajarta, Solo and Jakarta following
a press conference on Wednesday
(12/10) at Grand Mirage Hotel Bali.
For 4 days in Bali the contestants
will stay in Bali and become involved
in environment conservation, and
retain the existence of Balis
Turtle population. This entire event
is supported by The Ministry of
Culture and Tourism and The Provincial
Government of Bali. This activity
is to be telecast live by Phoenix
TV who have handled Miss Chinese
Pageant since 2003.
General Manager Grand Mirage Hotel
Bali, Ralf Luthe expressed his appreciation
to Mr. Wen Kang Chen, Vice Chairman
of Phoenix TV, who also acted as
Chief Operating Officer in the event
and the host of Semifinal Miss Chinese
Cosmos Pageant 2005. The Finals
will be held in China on the 29

Agung accompany of his vice, Sudikerta
and Bali government has carried
out fogging at Banjar Anyar, Kuta,
on Saturday (1/10). This activity
aimed to prevent dengue fever epidemic

BADUNG
Hundreds of employees of
Badung government joined in the
competition of Poco-poco at Badung
regent office, on Tuesday (11/10).
The exercise that compacts with
the movements of Bali dances makes
fresh entertainment for employees
on the day. The competition was
in conjunction with Anniversary
KORPRI and participated by 45 groups,
each group consisting of 10 people.
