Airlines Add Flight Services to Bali
Australian
Airlines will add flight services to four
times a week from Sydney and Perth to Bali
in December and January. Flight Sydney-Bali
sector was commenced on Monday (19/12),
while of Perth-Bali sector on Monday (26/12).
Australian Airlines will return to its normal
schedule to Bali on 29 January 2006three
times Sydney-Bali sector, twice a week Melbourne-Bali
and twice a week Perth-Bali.
Chief Executive of Australian Airlines,
Andrea Slaines said that the additional
flights was carried out to meet bookings
during school holidays since Air Paradise
(API) has discontinued its operation since
23 November. Decision of Australian
Airlines to add flight services means to
extend more opportunities to Australians
who would like to visit to Bali,.
In addition, this gives more options
to Australian visitors who are going to
travel and spend their holiday in Bali,
she added. Australian Airlines and
Qantas also offer tickets at a special discounted
rates for ticket holders of Air Paradise
who have not left for Australia yet. This
offer is effective from 16 December 2005
for travelling up to 29 January 2006.
At present, Australian Airlines serves three
flights a week from Sydney to Bali, while
Qantas does a twice a week flight from Darwin
