Reflection
at End of Year
DENPASAR
At the end of 2005, the commission
of AIDS protection (KPAD) in Bali
carried out an activity reflection
of the end of year at Kertha Sabha
Building, Friday (30/12). Alit Kelakan,
as the Vice Bali Governor and also
the Head of KPAD Bali, delivered awards
for those whos shown their commitment
and awareness of HIV/ADIS in Bali
including local music groups and religious
songs by Asrham Gandhi. (BTN/015)

LOT 10-K running competition,
Saturday (24/12) was joyful with
several dances like barong ket,
barong bangkung, jogged bumbung
and music. Some officials including
Cultural and Tourism Minister Jro
Wacik who opened the competition
have a good chance to ngibing,
seen in the picture, 10-K running
competition and Agus Prayoga, the
winner, followed by Yakusa and Usian
Ramlasi in second and the third

Dissemination in Mataram
MATARAM
The Tri Hita Karana (THK) team
on December 22-23, 2005 has been disseminating
the implementation of the Tri Hita
Karana Tourism Awards to tourism stakeholders
in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The
Presentation in Mataram was opened
by B. Ashrama who provided an overview
of the THK awards followed by presentations
and workshops on THK criteria, presentation
of which is for spiritual aspects
delivered by Ketut Wiana, social aspects
by Wayan Windia and environmental
aspects by A. A. Gde Raka Dalem. This
is part of the central governments
program in disseminating THK at the
national level. Besides this program,
dissemination was also carried out
in Medan and Bali, also in December,
