The history of this grand property and its importance to the Bali hotel industry demands that we respect its past and consider the future with great care. With a five-year renovation plan is in place and started with the creation of the Ayodya Resort Bali brand, beginning 1st September 2006.
This hotel will be worthy of its heritage and will continue to find innovative ways to contribute to the Bali hotel scene in the future. Having managed this International branded hotel since 1991, we have worked closely with our clients to translate Balinese culture into the property. Our re-branding will significantly enhance the property’s attraction for leisure, business travelers and honeymooners, who will experience the magic of the island of the God’s and become enchanted with this magnificent property.

Ayodya Resort Bali is a place of quintessential Balinese architectural style and elegance. The resort is designed to resemble a Balinese water palace in the grandest possible manner. A true reflection of Balinese art, the stone statues, fountains, carved relief’s and lagoon pools proclaim "The Ramayana Epic theme" throughout the Hotel. These works depict mythical characters from the great Hindu, Ramayana Epic stories and scenes of the story are carved in four rich stone reliefs under the Porte Concierge at the entrance. A memorable feature is the main lobby building with an immense "Wantilan" style pavilion of wooden pillars and a three-tiered roof, steeply pitched to maintain awesome proportions of classic Balinese architecture. This is the biggest of its kind in Bali.
