Hotels in Sanur Organize Special Events

During the upcoming Christmas and New Year period, the tourist resort of Sanur will be a very much alive with a lot of activities. The reason is that during the festive days of Christmas and New Year, the hotels in Sanur will organize numerous attractive events, starting from performing arts, gala dinners till special room rates.

Just take for example the Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel Resort & Spa. The first hotel in this Sanur area will arrange several fascinating programmes. According to I.A. Dewi, Public Relation Manager of the Inna Grand Bali Beach, the programmes will commence at 09.00 Local Time. At first, all audiences will be assembled at Pendawa Beach, where a drum band presentation will jazz them up and from there they proceed to the Agung Ballroom.
At the Agung Ballroom, a variety of entertainment will be presented such as conjuring, keyboard & singer, modern dance and fashion show. Likewise, Fun Games along with diverse prizes will be held to add lustre. On the way to the location of the main event, participants are given the opportunity to pose together for a snapshot with cartoon figure Dora Sponge Bob.
Other than presenting numerous entertainments, the hotel also provides a special buffet menu and distribution of door prizes. Visitors are also entitled to get discounted rates on the use of hotel facilities like spa treatment, Green Fee at Bali Beach Golf Course, laundry and dry cleaning services as well as at the food and drink outlets." She further explains that the programmes offered for the New Year 2007 are not only the ones mentioned above, but the Inna Grand Bali Beach will also execute a special programme. On Sunday 31 December 2006, it will hold a New Year’s Eve buffet dinner entitled The Splendour Night. This happening will take place at the Bali Coffee Shop from 8 pm onwards. While enjoying the special menu, the tourists will be entertained by several kinds of performances such as keyboard & singer, Quartet and Exotic Dance.
Similarly, the Griya Santrian Hotel will offer irresistible delicacies with three choices of main course set menu, namely the Traditional Golden Roast Turkey or Norwegian Salmon Steak or Australian Beef Tenderloin including tantalizing appetizer, traditional dessert and a glass of beer or wine free of charge. Simply experience a delightful beach-front atmosphere and Salsa Music will entertain you joyously. Sing the Christmas carols and your favourite songs there. The event will start at 7 pm at the beach front Wantilan Restaurant.
In the meantime, during of the New Year Eve activities, an exceptional programme entitled ‘Extravaganza Gala Dinner’, is centralized at the Gallery Area from 19.30 Local Time. The big party that has been long waited for, finally can take off. Stroll throughout the garden and gallery area and savour a cocktail and canapés upon arrival. A great selection of blending flavours consisting of the New Asian and Western cuisines are ready to welcome every participant. However, right on Christmas they will organize a dinner featuring the special delicacies of the La Taverna Bali Hotel. The climate will become more intimate by the presentation of a solo pop singer. Over and above that, the venues where the happening takes place, namely the lobby and restaurant, will be brightened up with cheery Christmas trees along with its sparkling accessories.
Meanwhile, to welcome the New Year 2007, this hotel will execute a special programme entitled ‘Balinese Performance’. It will present various traditional art performances. "We are also glad to put on show a musical entertainment and the band group will present a number of Balinese pop songs," she states firmly.
Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel, Resort & Spa does not want to be left behind. This hotel will focus its activity on the New Year’s Eve 2006. According to Ayu Sukapti from Marketing Dept. of the Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel, the event to welcome the New Year 2007 will be graced with a Gala Dinner by presenting band group. It will commence at 20.00 and be concluded at 01.00 Local Time. On that occasion, guests will be jazzed up with the presentation of songs in English, Indonesian or Balinese. To make it more effervescent, at the beginning of the New Year you can see the performance of Balinese dance, modern dance and fashion show.
