"Palebon" The Former Regent of Karangasem

EcoBali Recycling

KUTA – Villa Kubu together with EcoBali Recycling plans to save environment from the plastic things through a smart action, by dividing plastic garbage and paper garbage into their own separate bag, which is provided by EcoBali Recycling and recycle them. The meaning of this action is that we educate the staff to take care of the environment. Most effective way of reducing the amount of plastic in the environment is to recycle the plastic. As consumers, we should not wait for our governments to tackle the problem of plastic bags. Change ultimately comes from everyone, be it from law restrictions of our government or from our own volition. Moreover, the most important contribution to such a campaign must come from the consumer. (BTN/*)

Hotel Temple Ceremony

NUSA DUA - Nikko Bali Resort & Spa recently held the Piodalan of its temple, Pura Daleming Segara. The ceremony, conducted by Ida Pedanda Griya Delod Peken, commencing at 02:00 pm until 06:00 was attended by all Hindu staffs, management owning company. In house guest, were also very interested to see the procession of the ceremony. (BTN/*)

10th Anniversary

TABANAN - Kuta Paradiso Hotel celebrated its 10th Anniversary by conducting Staff Outing at Wanna Villa, Bedugul from 11 – 12 November. The program included children competition, Joged Bumbung Dance and Lucky Draw. It was held to create a harmonic and good relationship between the management and staff. In this event, the grand prize given was 1 unit motorcycle. As shown at the picture, management & staff of Kuta Paradiso Hotel are taking pictures together. (BTN/*)

Visit of New Horizons Travel

KUTA - Bali Rani Hotel welcomes the visit of New Horizons Travel, one of wholesale travel operators in Australia, on November 30, 2006. They were accompanied by Jans Tour, the local handling agent, making a site inspection of the public facilities at Bali Rani hotel. The group was very interested in the lobby, swimming pool, gardens and restaurants of the hotel. Especially regarding the swimming pool, they were surprised about its stunning looks and were of the opinion that the hotel surroundings are fully safe. This is their way doing the marketing by promoting the public facilities of the hotel to their customers in Australia. It is an honor for Bali Rani Hotel since they want to show a commitment to their guests that Bali is still a safe place as a tourist destination.

Nutrition Day

DENPASAR - October 16, 2006 is Nutrition Day. Nutrition is the most important element for children’s growth. That is why we could see the program called: Nutrition Day Pelita Bangsa School. The event was held in cooperation between Pelita Bangsa School and PT. Nutrition Indonesia Sejahtera. Several activities was arranged to cheer up the event such as a drinking milk competition, drawing and coloring competition with the theme "4 Sehat 5 Sempurna" .
