20 Years Dedication of Service

KUTA – Satya Kalpika Pratama, is an award for 20 years dedication of service in the Kelompok Kompas Gramedia Group (KKG) given to 3 staff members of Hotel Santika Premiere Beach Resort Bali and one staff member from Gramedia in Duta Plaza Branch. The award was presented by Mr. Nugroho F. Yudho – the Corporate General Manager of Public Relations and the event was took place at the Santika hotel recently. Seen in the picture (left to right): Made Sueca Negara, Nyoman Suryana, IGK Alit and IB Rida when receiving the award.


Rewards for Business Partner

NUSA DUA—In relation to the 58th anniversary of the PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Denpasar Branch Office, it carried out a appreciation night for its business partners encompassing travel agent, either passenger or cargo agent. This appreciation was extended on their contribution to the sales of PT Garuda Indonesia of Denpasar Branch Office and strengthened the business relationship between the airline and its business partners. Such appreciation night took place at Melia Benoa Hotel, Nusa Dua commenced by the cutting of anniversary cone by the General Manager of Garuda Indonesia, Denpasar Branch Office Uun Setiawan. At the moment, Garuda Indonesia, Denpasar Branch Office has coached 35 passenger ticket sales and 19 cargo agents. Rewards were presented to each category consisting of Top Sales for Passenger Ticket Agent, Top Sales for Cargo Agent, Best Growth for Passenger Ticket Agent, Best Growth for Cargo Agent and Top Incentive Achievement for Frontliner Passenger Ticket Agent. Aside from coaching its distribution channel, Garuda Indonesia consistently builds a system that can pamper passengers along with all facilities on offer. For example, it has launched E-Travel product where right from the ticket reservation, payment up to check-in are served via the Garuda call center. (BTN/014)
