Throughout the month of October, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center will be embarking on a culinary journey to the South of Asia. With a dominant theme of food and culture, the hotel is inviting its guests to discover the delicious flavours of India, celebrating the country's signature recipes with a scrumptious three-course set menu at the hotel's Jempiring Restaurant.
To start, guests can enjoy a traditional “Roti Canai Chicken Curry” - homemade canai filled with layer upon layer of Indian chicken curry. The main course follows with “Indian Fried Noodles” featuring saut yellow noodles, signature Indian curry powder and a myriad of fresh vegetables, accompanied by a crunchy prawn cracker, pickles and soy sauce. The meal concludes with an indulgent “Orange Pudding with Black Sticky Rice Cake”, made according to the original Indian recipe and presented beautifully within the skin of an orange. Each dish will be prepared with an incredible attention to detail, capturing the essence of Indian food and its culture. Behind the bar the hotel's bartender will also create some of his favourite Indian-themed mocktails including the “Nehi Delhi”, “Namaste” and “Bombay Fever”to compliment the taste-bud tingling meal.(BTN/r)
