Coming up with a combination of classical and modern style, the Jempiring Restaurant at Aston Hotel Denpasar always presents exciting menus every month. The restaurant located in a strategic area of Denpasar provides a special offer in this November in the form of food and beverage promotion of Western cuisines.
The Western food consists of four new menus, namely the Hawaiian Bruschetta for appetizers and then the main course covers the Surf & Turf Vegetable Ratatouille and Grilled Eggplant with Seafood in Lemon Bellpepper sauce as well as Pate Brisee Fruit Cocktail with Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. Meanwhile, beverage of the restaurant offers three special items namely Green Temptation, Massali Lassi Cooler and Greeno Mojito. All food and beverage menus are using the freshest ingredients and have obtained the halal label.
Public Relations Manager of the Aston Hotel Denpasar, Rike Liwan, said despite the products having been promoted since November 8 were Western cuisines, in fact a lot of local guests liked them. “Taste of this menu is also suitable for Indonesian tongue. Moreover, the two main courses are using the main ingredients of our own country,” she explained.
Both main courses, said Rike, had complete composition. So they were perfect to be enjoyed for lunch and dinner. “The first main course consists of beef, shrimp, vegetables and special sauce ala Jempiring Restaurant. Meanwhile, the second main courses include seafood such as squid, shrimp and dory. Additionally, there are additional vegetables such as purple eggplant, potatoes, mushrooms, tomato and paprika sauce,” she explained.
Rike added the restaurant located near lobby was opened from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. “Our guests here can enjoy food at the restaurant and at the Sanganan Cake Shop located near lobby. There are a variety of pastries at standard price, so it is affordable to local guests,” she added. (BTN/ocha)
