Saraswati Restaurant

Delicious Food Served in Natural Atmosphere

Saraswati RestaurantDecorative lighting at night on frangipani trees looks so beautiful when bouncing in the water of pool. Moreover, the atmosphere of landscaping garden and building in Balinese architecture make it very close to Balinese customs. As a result, the venue turns convenient to enjoy a meal. It is the atmosphere exuded by Saraswati Restaurant in Puri Dewa Bharata Hotel and Villas. This open-air restaurant looks to get united with nature. In front of the restaurant lies a swimming pool. So, for tourists who are swimming but are suddenly hungry, they do not have to go away when looking for restaurant. Quite a few steps from the pool, they can reserve a variety of foods, both local and international favorites. While waiting for the order, visitors can sit back and relax.

Sales Manager of Puri Dewa Bharata Hotel & Villas, Ni Luh Gede Nuryatini, said that Saraswati Restaurant was opened at 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The menus on offer also varied. “The most favorite food ordered here is Chinese food like fried rice and fried noodles. Meanwhile, the next favorite is Western food including Chicken Cordon Bleu and Steak Hunter,” she said. In addition, said Nuryatini, Saraswati Restaurant also had some favorite foods, one of them was pizza. In addition to Western food, the restaurant also offered traditional snacks like pulung-pulung ubi (cassava ball), fried bananas and many more. Other menus included Bruschetta Tomato, Pumpkin Soup and Grilled Squid. “We update the menus every three months,” she explained.

For drinks, she continued, there were various kinds of juice, including mixed juice and Margareta Cocktail. There were many foods and drinks that could be enjoyed by guests mostly consisting of foreign tourists such as from Europe, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. “Besides, there are also domestic tourists such as those from Bandung, Surabaya, Sumatra and Jakarta as the majority,” she explained. Indeed, this restaurant does not directly overlook the beach, but tourists only take 15 minutes to arrive on Kuta Beach and 5 minutes to get to the Double Six Beach. “The access here is really easy to reach some stores, malls, traditional markets as well as night entertainment,” she added.

Other than a restaurant with traditional style, the other facilities on offer at hotel include shuttle services for tourists who want to go to Kuta and Legian area, free Wi-Fi internet access, safe deposit box at reception, laundry services, spa treatments, tour arrangement, medical care as well as car and motorcycle rental.
