Special Full Moon Menu at Alise’s Restaurant

Special Full Moon Menu at Alises RestaurantTo enjoy a variety of foods at outdoor restaurant while watching entertainment is definitely very exciting. Alise’s Restaurant at Tamukami Hotel situated at the Sanur tourist area comes with a wide variety of menu options, such as Balinese, Indonesian and Western food. Uniquely, this restaurant offers a daily changing set menu. The Executive Assistant Manager, I Made Darma, said the restaurant had a lot of menu options ranging from the appetizers, main courses, dessert and drinks. Moreover, the restaurant also had a bar directly opposite to the restaurant.

“Most of the menus have become favorites to guests, so to create a new menu it just needs to combine them,” he explained. The best favored menu by travelers, said Made Darma, was Balinese and Indonesian Rijsttafel. Moreover, this restaurant also offered a seasonal fish such as snapper, tuna and common dolphin fish. “We also have a food that can be ordered one day in advance such as lobster, roasted duck, king prawns and crab,” he explained. Other than food, Made Darma said that the restaurant had Caesar’s Bar which offered beverages such as wines, beers, cocktails, spirits and some non-alcoholic beverages.

“Our bar and restaurant are set facing each other to create the familial impression and intimacy for guests mostly dominated by Europeans,” he said. He added the restaurant did not only serve food and beverage but also entertainment. “Here, we present free live entertainment from 7:30 p.m. till 10:30 p.m. Every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, we hold music performances. In addition, on full moon, Galungan, Kuningan and other festivals we also present pop song music and dance performance,” he explained. (BTN/Ocha)
