To support the tourism activities, Garuda Indonesia organized again the Travel Gallery 2014 at Mal Bali Galeria. For this year, the exhibition was attended by 14 selected travel agencies. “This event poses our commitment to support the tourism programs, so as to promote the tourism industry at home and overseas,” said General Manager of Garuda Indonesia Bali, Syamsudin JS.
This Travel Gallery Exhibition denoted the largest presentation of Garuda Indonesian on the Bali Island that gave the opportunity to visitors to luxuriate in a variety of attractive offers. The exhibition was opened by the Head of the Bali Government Tourism Office represented by the Marketing Division Head Nyoman Wardawan, Friday (Mar 21) and lasted for three days.
In this exhibition, the travel agencies involved, among others, consisted of AntaVaya, Royalindo Utama, Kuta Cemerlang Bali Jaya, Bali Wisata, Harum Indah Sari, Bayu Buana, Wisata Dewa Tour & Travel, Aerotravel, Dwidaya Tour, Sumanindo Graha Wisata, Palmas Holidays, Bali Cemerlang and Bali Duta Express.
The Garuda Indonesia Travel Gallery was also jazzed up with a variety of other activities such as Fun Photo Booth Competition, Garuda Indonesia Career Talk and Cookies Decorating Competition. In the Garuda Indonesia Career Talk, Garuda Indonesia invited its flight attendants and a resource person as a speaker on the topic “Becoming a Flight Attendant in World-Class Airline.”
Meanwhile, the Cookies Decorating Competition was specifically intended for entertaining visitors coming with family and children. They were awarded with a prize of hotel voucher to stay for 2 days 3 nights at star hotel. “Garuda Indonesia Travel Gallery offers attractive discounts and best prices of the year such as discounts of up to 50 percent and special offer for domestic and international service options,” said GM Syamsudin.
In addition to attractive rates, added GM Syamsudin, customers could also get attractive merchandise of Garuda Indonesia for a transaction of certain amount and by answering some quizzes of the Garuda Indonesia every day. “Bank BCA comes again as a major partner and presents the latest buzz by giving a special price for customers of BCA credit card only worth IDR 1 for certain domestic routes,” he explained.
Besides, the Bank BCA also provided installment facility of 0 percent for BCA credit card users and additional merchandise for customers making transaction over IDR 2 million. “Garuda Indonesia hopes this event can provide a convenience for travelers to get travel tickets and vacation packages at the best prices and a fun atmosphere to shop for the whole family,” he added.
