This exhibition is quite unique. A total of 12 Shiva lingams, special sacred objects brought in from great temples in India, were introduced to general public. The exhibition entitled Satyam Shivam Sundaram was held at the Secretariat of the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual Study Center Bali on Jalan Gatot Subroto I, Denpasar. The exhibition was opened on Friday (Apr 26) and would last for a month.
Chairperson of the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual Study Center Bali, Sister Janaki, invited all people and tourists that happened to spend holiday in Bali to see and feel the yatra touch of the 12 pieces of Shiva lingam.
“If organizing a pilgrimage (tirtha yatra) to know the presence of the sacred objects spreading across India will take you at least a year. Besides, it will spend a very large cost. Now, they are deliberately exhibited here in Bali,” said Sister Janaki. According to her, the first exhibition in Bali was filled with the significance of spiritual knowledge and wisdom to unveil the mysteries of Shiva (God). (BTN/015)
