Pacto Ltd. has successfully launched the 2014 edition of Pacto Villas and Resorts Collection at Segara Village Hotel Sanur on Friday, 21st February 2014. Pacto hosted friends and partners from the hospitality industry such as hotel and villa management as well as suppliers and media partners. This annual gathering was enlivened by fun games and lots of interesting door prizes. To complete the special night, Pacto also announced the winners of 2013 Hotel Awards.
The first session was the conferment of 2013 Best Seller - Resort Category. The first award went to Sanur Beach Hotel, followed by Melia Purosani Yogyakarta at the second and Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua at the third place. While the 2013 Best Seller - Villa Category awards went to The Royal Pita Maha as the bronze champion, Matahari Beach Resort and Spa at the second place and Spa Village Resort Tembok crowned as the first.
There was also the announcement of prestigious categories such as Most Customer Minded Hotel awarded to Sanur Beach Hotel. Most Customer Minded Villa for Matahari Beach Resort and Spa. And last, Lifestyle Retreats to receive an award as Best Corporate Minded Company.
“Thank you to Pacto that has supported the progress and the development of our hotel so far. With the book produced by Pacto, we can increase the occupancy and even be known overseas as a favorite destination,” said Mr. Jany-Michel Fourré, the General Manager of Matahari Beach Resort and Spa.
Meanwhile, Chief Operating Officer Inbound Pacto Ltd., Umberto Cadamuro, commented that there are 95 properties participated in this edition. Even, there were always some new properties (hotel or villa) came to Pacto and wish to join the book for the next year.
