The Palasari Dam is located at Ekasari village, Melaya subdistrict, 26 km to the west of the Negara town. The dam serves as flood control, irrigation water source, fisheries and recreation. It is surrounded by a quite good protected forest and has a cool climate. On that account, it is suitable for water recreation and forest tourism in the surrounding area. For the convenience of visitors, this dam has been equipped with recreation facilities like canoe to surround the dam.
Since 1963, a research has been made in Gilimanuk by the experts in Indonesia, among others, Prof Dr. R Soejono and Prof. Dr. T Jacob. Results of these studies found that hundreds of human skeleton living at the end of Prehistory to the hallmark features of Mongoloid race. Based on the results of research and as one of the ways to save and utilize the archaeological findings, the Jembrana government established a Museum of Ancient Man at Gilimanuk and it was completed in 1993. The collection on display in the Museum of Gilimanuk are the result of excavation including human skeleton, beads, bracelets of wood and shells, small pot, jars, jugs, earthen bowls, hook, trowel, sarcophagus et cetera.
This tourist attraction is situated at Pengeragoan village, Pekutatan subdistrict, precisely at the eastern end of Jembrana, bordering with Tabanan County, on the southern edge of the highway connecting Gilimanuk to Denpasar. With black sandy beach, the pounding waves of Indonesian Ocean and swaying palm and pandan trees, it is appropriate for travelers to have a short break. Northern area of Pengeragoan village is the most beautiful place to enjoy the scenery of Pengeragoan Beach.

Administratively, the Bali Barat National Park is located in Jembrana and Buleleng County. From December to March, the rainfall in this region is quite high.
Rambut Siwi is located 18 km to the east of the town of Negara and 78 km west of the city of Denpasar. It can be achieved by all types of vehicles and has ample parking space. Here, there is a sad kahyangan temple and closely related to the arrival of a priest from Majapahit performing a pilgrimage to Bali and dropped in at this place to disseminate the teachings of Hinduism. As a respect of local residents to the priest named Dang Hyang Nirartha, his hair was asked to be adored and kept in the temple so that the name of the temple was then Rambut Siwi Temple. From this temple, we can also enjoy the sea view and the sunset view with a wide expanse of rice fields and distant mountain views that can add the charm to the visitors.
