The woman of Busungbiu, Singaraja-born in 1978 is not new worker. She has had a career in the hospitality industry by joining the Abian Group since eleven years ago. Initially, she worked as accounting staff, and then she was promoted to Accounting Manager. Two years later, she was entrusted to fill the position as Hotel Manager.
Seriousness of this sweet woman at work is indeed without blemish. As a service provider, she always gave satisfaction to tourists, so that slowly but surely Betty married by a man of civil engineer was finally promoted to Deputy Director. “Working in hospitality industry is full of challenges,” said the graduate of Faculty of Economics of the Maha Saraswati University calmly.
This woman being good at communicating is entrusted to manage six companies under the management of Abian Group. The six companies are the Hotel Abian Srama, Abian Spa, de Abian Villa & Spa, Abian Kokoro Private Villa, Sumo Restaurant and Abian Residence. “I still have to learn a lot.
