This man is friendly and sociable. At his workplace, he is known to have an honest, intelligent, warm and pleasant personality. His experience and skill in communication has taken the man named Gede Panca Buana Karya to the position in the Human Resources & General Affairs Department doubling as Spokesperson of the Taman Nusa tourist attraction, Sidan, Gianyar.
His nickname is Panca. Wherever he works, the man of Sudaji-born, Singaraja on April 21, 1981, continues to apply the concept of positive thinking, laudable words and sincere deeds. No wonder, if now he appears as a person being full of integrity, courage and consistency as well as never gives up. “Positive thinking and commendable personality are the keys to know a lot of people. While in working, to be honest and sincere is important so abundant wealth will come,” said the alumnus of the Bali State Polytechnic.
As a holder of important role in Taman Nusa, his duties and responsibilities were not easy. He always wanted to dedicate and contribute his labor and creative ideas. The intention of raising and providing the best for the company was great. When met on the sidelines of his work, Panca looked to have a typical and entertaining communication style. No wonder if the level of management, staff up to the business owner had known him as a multitalented person. “Often people invite me as a speaker at public events,” he said while smiling.
Although he had a wealth of experience, he remained a humble figure and hard worker. “When I was in high school I had been a bell boy, selling pastries, clothes and used motorcycles. In keeping with the passage of time, when graduating from formal education I was believed to be a hamlet chief at my home village in Tabanan,” he explained.
