Martinelly has the obsession to become a successful woman. After graduated from STIE Jakarta in 1999, she chose Bali as a place to work. “Bali is the place where I start my career in tourism business. New job with many challenges,” she said friendly.
The woman who was born in Bangka Island on August 1, 1978 started her career in Peninsula Beach Resort as Book Keeper and Income Auditor in October 200. Then, Martinelly become Hotel Accounting Manager until 2004.
However, she chose other companies to improve her career and gain more experiences. Once, Martinelly worked in Grand IstanaRama Hotel as
Financial Controller from March 2004 through November 2005, as Financial Controller in PT. Tirta Bayu Buana SPA ME from November 2005 through August 2006. Then, she returned to Grand Istana Rama Hotel, Kuta in August 2066 as Financial Controller.
The woman familiarly called as Nelly, then continued to work in Contiki Resort Bali until she become the Acting General Manager in 2008. Since 2011, Martinelly joined Aston Management and in June 2012, Nelly was appointed as the General Manager in Aston Tuban Inn Bali.
For her great work and achievement, she became the General Manager of Favehotel Bypass Kuta. Nelly said that Favehotel is an economical budget hotel with high class service. Favehotel in Kuta is the fourth Favehotel in Bali and the fiftieth in Indonesia. This hotel has 160 rooms and suites following the best concept for every elements of the room.
There are also free high speed wifi, restaurant, coffee shop, and pool. Also available are massage room, meeting room, and a luxurious bar. Location is one of the extra value of the hotel because it is the main road toward tourism destinations in Bali.
