Ms. Suriany Ong. Maintain and Improve Service with great Team“I am really happy and proud to be part of the Royal Team to strengthen Royal management team. as Villa Manager, in charge to manage of the 18 exclusive villas belonging to the well known The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali ".said Ibu Suriany Ong the  new Villa Manager,  The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali.
Ms. Ong  was born in 1979, in Medan - North Sumatra, is a graduate of The Legend International School of Hospitality in Kuala Lumpur, she  started her career in 2000 with Accor at Novotel Soechi, Medan as a receptionist.  Later she experienced various positions in the Hospitality Industry to improve her knowledge and claim higher positions.

In 2008, after productive years, she moved  to Grand Tropic Suite’s Hotel Jakarta  as Duty Manager.on  early 2011, after remarkable achievement, she joined again Accor at Mercure Resort Sanur as Duty Manager; a new challenge in a leisure Resort which allowed her to complete her profile. As nothing could stop her commitment to improve and thanks to her outstanding performances, in 2012 she became Assistant Front Office Manager at Sheraton Lampung hotel.

This year, is our 20thAnniversary shows that the property is well maintained," it’s my challenge now to maintain and improve our service and facilities with a great team of 4 butlers, housekeeping and engineering staff to ensure our Royal Guests  satisfaction.” She promise.(BTN/014)
