Knowledge and techniques regarding services to tourists were very important, primarily the attitude and ethics in providing information. Besides, it should also cover the subject on Balinese culture because the concept of Bali tourism was based on cultural tourism. Moreover, they were tour guides. “This training is very important so that it can broaden the horizon,” he said.
By understanding tourism and culture, tour guides would be able to provide good and correct information to tourists.
