Paulina Fransiska Emma Larantukan: Local Media to Develop Hotel Imaging

Paulina Fransiska Emma LarantukanHarris Hotel & Residences Riverview, Kuta, is one of 4 Harris hotel properties in Bali under Tauzia Hotel Management. It offers all the facilities that will be able to meet the demands of tourists and businesspeople coming to Bali. It was revealed by Paulina Fransiska Emma Larantukan, Banquet Sales & Marketing Manager of the hotel.

“My priority right now is to focus on the increase in the market penetration for mixed market such as Asia, Korea and Australia because the market is really widely open. At the same time, the existing facilities here are capable enough of meeting their needs,” said Emma who liked listening to music and taking outdoor activities.

In harmony with the growing number of similar property products in Bali today, she said the competition would take place both in terms of price and service. To anticipate and survive in the competition, she then develop the hotel imaging by utilizing local media to target the growing local market. “Besides, we also prepare a creative and attractive package,” affirmed Emma who was a Guest Activities Manager of the Mercure Resort Sanur from 2011 to May 2012.

“Aside from mixed market comprising the Asia, Australia and Korea, we are also targeting the MICE market with quite representative supporting facilities and family market which grows so significantly in recent years. By all means, it is inseparable from the availability of plenty of cheap flights to Bali,” she added. (BTN/014)
