Being a Public Relations (PR) Officer must not only be beautiful but should also be suave, smiling, creative and most importantly, healthy. Otherwise, it will not be appropriate to become a PR officer. This was revealed by the Public Relations Coordinator of Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort, Yudiana Lassia.
The alumni of the communication department at the Limkokwing University of Malaysia said that as people working in the field of tourism, physical health was very important because it would affect the outcome and mood while working. “Adopting a healthy lifestyle is very important, for example in sports,” said the PR familiarly called Cia.
According to Cia, her exercise should not necessarily be strenuous, it could jog for 30 minutes, sing, swim or anything but importantly it should be fun. “I happen to like surfing on the beach, in addition to challenging but also fun. I also love to sing because it can entertain and eliminate saturation,” said the woman who liked design and fashion.
The owner of this sweet smile also stated that she was always smiling and running jobs in the tourism workers sincerely so she made it easier to face a guest. “When dealing with a trouble, we must remain calm and apologize though we are correct. After that, we explain and give understanding by degrees, and then find a solution.”
Tourism workers, added Cia, should be diligent to have physical exercise in order the mind stayed fit. As a result, we can work with the maximum. “Similarly, we must work by heart and should not be half-heartedly. Love your job and do what you like,” she said while explaining her daily motto.
