Indeed, the Bale Udang opened its first restaurant in December 2009 as the restaurant of Indonesian cuisines that offers an authentic dining experience over the water. The countryside atmosphere offered in the middle of the hustles-bustles of Denpasar and Kuta area has been a pioneer of its kind in Bali.
By presenting distinctive Indonesian cuisines, the Bale Udang Ubud has managed to add a variety of dining options in Ubud - Bali as the famous destination, for both local and foreign travelers. Grilled Honey Shrimp, Shrimp Coconut Soup and Carp with Spice on Mortar are the most favorite options at the Bale Udang along with the other menu selections that are certainly delicious.
