Sukarta said that practicing yoga was not difficult. However, it depended on the individual, interests and ability. “The key is willingness and flexibility of the body. People with basic hobby in exercising will quickly understand,” he said. Then, what are the benefits obtained? The calm man said that yoga was very good for health.
